Metanoia Email Addresses

Going to www.office365.com is re-directed

I have just received a document that explains how to set my Metanoia email address up.  However the expected web paged does not appear.  This is what I get.

I already pay for Office 365

As I have Office365 already I had to sign out of my personal Microsoft account (see top left hand corner of the screen) and then sign back in.  I then got the following sign in screen

I then signed in with my Metanoia email address and clicked next

This was accepted, and I then could change the given password for a new password that had to be entered twice to confirm.  Sorry I forgot to image that.

Verification

I then had to provide my phone number, my personal email address, and a set of questions

You have to enter a verification code from you mobile phone, and from your personal email.

Reading my Metanoia Emails

I do not want to ne signed in to Metanoia Office 365.  Therefore I used Outlook on my PC and Mobile phone.  That way I can see my 5 email accounts simultaneously without having to sign in all the time to different accounts.

Go to File in Outlook and select Account Settings.  Then select New and enter your Metanoia email address and password.  Notice my main personal email account is not in Outlook as Outllook does not handle Yahoo email accounts well.  I use Yahoo mail for that.

Blogging versus Messaging

Blogging

In my view, it is much easier to use a blog as a way of discussing our course and all that has happened and is going to happen using a full physical keyboard.  The advantages of blogging are that you can create formatted text containing images and links to the web more easily.

WhatsApp (Messaging)

In my view WhatsApp is ideal for quick messages and sharing of a single image, video or audio file.  Also good for arranging meetings, although that can be done more easily if people share calendars.
